Elmira was born in Baku, Azerbaijan. She recieved her education first in the Republic Art Gymnasia, then in the Art Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art. Currently, she is finishing her second bachelor's degree in Storyboarding at the Academy of Art University.
