Surabhi’s work is inspired by the atmospheric perspectives, changing light patterns and texture. Her work is mainly created outdoors and directly from sight. She strives to capture the essence and mood of a place in a spontaneous way.

Working primarily in oils and water and using the various brush and pallet knives, she reveals confident mark making and compelling textures in her landscape and cityscape paintings.
