Karl Uriza was born in San Francisco, California, and found a love for animation at an early age watching Disney and Don Bluth VHS tapes. He would watch cartoons with siblings after long days at school. Later he started wanting a voice in those cartoons, developing a love for drawing characters, building worlds, and making stories into a strong passion. Currently attending Academy of Art University as a Grad student, he is about to receive a Master's Degree in Storyboarding.
